In the current economy, with unemployment rates reaching record levels, the average consumer is strapped for cash and looking for bargains.  The liquidation market offers many opportunities for both the general consumer and the companies that produce goods for sale, however, the cost and complexities of processing that product can be a hindrance for many companies in the liquidation marketplace. The purpose of NMAXX is to provide logistics and customer fulfillment services for the processing of products and resolution to any issues related to those products.  Fulfillment solutions will include user support for the on-line services used to list and sell the liquidation merchandise and assistance will be provided for clients in a manner that will help them increase return on their product by increasing the average sales price and reducing their costs of processing.

The Company

NMAXX is incorporated in the state of MS and owned by its majority partner, Norman M. McCreary Jr. and minority Partners, Tanya McCreary and Norman M. McCreary Sr..

With this leadership team, the company will be well equipped to find the best solutions to reduce the costs of processing the products using IT solutions and general process management.  The primary partners bring many years experience in interfacing with the consumer, and have special talents in balancing the needs of the consumer with the needs of the company to cultivate relationships that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved.

The company intends to hire staff that has prior experience in this market of the liquidation industry to assist in the processing of the product and answering of the customer service needs.

Market:

Although there are other players in the on-line liquidation market, there are few 3PL providers with the experience and skill necessary to process the wide variety of products handled by on-line liquidators.  None of these 3PLs utilize a revenue share model that enables customers to initiate service with a minimum of exposure.  NMAXX will provide these services for clients requiring similar services.  In a market where many companies are filing bankruptcy, and many companies have had slowed sales, the availability of product sources is limited only by other contracts that the liquidation companies may be under.  Further research into the market of liquidation merchandise will be necessary to determine the best routes for sourcing product.

The customer base for purchasing the product will primarily come from the users currently enrolled on the MAXXDEALS site and AMAZON.  NMAXX's role in maintaining the customer base and helping to increase it will be to provide the best possible service to retain the consumers, these auction sites, are  able to attract.
